KEVIN IS MAKING HIS MOVE

Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing today (Thursday) to discuss his custody dispute with soon-to-be ex-wife Britney Spears.  As of now, Britney is not expected to appear in court but that may change.  TMZ says:

Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children … A  temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.  Now, with Spears' recent erratic behavior, coupled with the fact that she's been in and out of rehab twice in the last week, all bets may be off.

Meanwhile, X17 says that Britney and her assistant went to KFeds house last night.  X17 says:

Britney went to Kevin's San Fernando Valley house, buzzed the intercom, and got no answer. She went around the block, came back, rang again, no answer. She tried a third time — no reply from Kevin. Britney then took her anger out on our photographers, grabbing an umbrella and hitting their car, yelling.

She's attacking people with umbrellas now?  Who is she, the Penguin?  God this bitch is nuts.  She'll almost definitely try to break into Kevin's house, but since there's no way she's even remotely smart enough to pull that off, by noon we should have new pictures of Britney as firemen try to free her from a dog door or chimney.
