ANNA NICOLE NEEDS TO GET OUT

People.com says that Anna Nicole Smith has been ordered to vacate her Bahamas home by this time next week, and now a former Prime Minister is questioning if she should have receive resident status.  Bahamas law says that a person "owning a house valued at more than $500,000 and having the means to reside without being employed – and being of good character – can be eligible for residency".  As with all things Anna Nicole Smith, it's not clear if she owns the house she is living in or if its owned by a man she "befriended" in South Carolina.   Former PM Hubert Ingraham says:

"Clearly, Anna Nicole Smith is not a fit and proper person to become a permanent resident of the Bahamas.  Her general character and reputation don't commend her for such status … If she doesn't own the house, then she would not have met the policy conditions which the government of the Bahamas has with respect to the grant of permanent residence."

Yikes.  The Bahamas economy is based on drugs, drugs, knit hats and drugs, so for them to say Anna Nicole isn't up to their standards seems a bit delusional.   That's like getting kicked out of the Klan because they've had it with your language or saying you're too thug to play football for Virginia Tech.
